Moose and Shanks

Hello and welcome you lovely lot. As I sit down to write this, I’m initially struggling to think what to write so you may well get an awful lot of rambling to begin with!

It’s difficult to think of some unique selling point for us, at least initially. Right now, no plans to reinvent the wheel so here it is!

So who are we. Well I’m Shanks aka Gareth and my partner in crime is Moose aka Cathryn. We’re a relatively (I think so at least!) normal couple living in Kent, England. We both work hard to pay for our holidays so the thought is, why not document what we’ve done and if it saves you time and a travelling faux pas or two then that’s a winner!

Now as for me (Shanks), I’m quite a fussy individual with my travel arrangements so you’re very unlikely to see a true money saving tip with flights, hotels etc. Honestly, there are plenty of other sites out there than can do a job of that but what you will see is our true thoughts, reactions and reflections on what occurs both on the way and at the destination!
